NEW POSITION - Postdoctoral fellowship

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS FOR THE 2024-2025 PERIOD

The National Institute of Science and Technology on Social and Affective Neuroscience (INCT-SANI) – supported by CNPq, Brazil – is seeking candidates for ONE investigator-funded postdoctoral fellowship. The selected candidate will work primarily on CNPq-INCT-SANI funded projects examining the application of large language models (LLMs) in embodied conversational agents, based in Porto Alegre, RS.

The successful candidate is expected to have expertise in graphics engines (Unreal and Unity), the Python programming language, and familiarity with conversational agents and LLMs. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in user questionnaire modeling, advanced statistical analysis, and data science using Python or R. The ability to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels is also required. The postdoctoral fellow will be supervised by Professor Soraia Raupp Musse, PhD (Porto Alegre, RS).
